The Myall River will come alive on the weekend of 16,17 and 18 September, with The Myall Classic - flatwater marathon. Kayaking & canoeing. All proceeds go to the Cure for Life Foundation.
Alongside this you will find community displays of Arts & Crafts, Wildflowers & a photographic competition. Audio Visual Talks will be held in the Hawks Nest Library for free.
Wildlife & flora spotting is a must. There will be guided walks through Hawks Nest following the natural wildlife. All walks are free.
On Sunday the annual Ride the Wildside will be held again for all riding enthusiasts as well as families. This is generously sponsored by the RTA for Bike Week, and riders will travel through Hawks Nest to the Eco Resort at Bombah Point.
